Refund & Cancellation

Fee. The examination fee is ₹175 per student. It is the same whether paid online or through a partner school, and it covers every round the student qualifies for.

Cancellation by the parent. A parent may cancel a registration within 7 days of payment, provided the Round 1 examination is at least 15 days away. A full refund is issued to the original payment method.

After that period. Once the cancellation window has passed, or the admit card has been issued, the fee is non-refundable, because examination materials are printed and allocated per student.

Cancellation by us. If MeritMap India cancels the programme or a round at a centre and cannot offer an alternative date, the fee is refunded in full.

Duplicate or failed payments. Any amount charged twice, or debited without a successful registration, is refunded in full on request.

How to request. Email info@meritmapindia.com or WhatsApp us with the student's name and Registration No. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days; banks may take 5–7 further days to credit the amount. Fees paid through a school are refunded through that school.
